Training according to plan - that's how it works

All of our training plans are mapped via the Trainingpeaks platform. For this you need an account on Trainingpeaks. This is completely free as a basic account (additional costs are charged by Trainingpeaks for a premium account). A basic account is sufficient for all training plans. Simply register and the training can start.

It's that simple

The training sessions are then automatically uploaded to your calendar. With a ready-made plan, you can see all training units for the entire period of your training plan. With an individual plan, you will be looked after by a coach who, in consultation with you, will enter and adjust the training units in your calendar on a weekly basis. You "just" have to train...
