In this video I would like to give you an insight into my current training areas and training methodology. Based on my threshold pace, which I determined during the 10Km test run last week, I have now been able to define the other pace zones for the running training for the next three weeks. Then I will do a new test run again and adjust the areas accordingly. Enjoy watching.
