Munich, March 16, 2021 - Today we had a detailed discussion with the health department of the district of Munich. In short: Currently no decision can be made as to whether the triathlon.de CUP will take place on 15./16. can take place in May.
Background:
The current regulation on the Corona issue only applies until March 28th. This means that decisions for sporting competitions that lie further in the future cannot be made at the moment.
This is how it goes on:
We will speak to the health department again at the beginning of April to see how the situation will be assessed. We will then make a decision, as this is the latest possible point in time for the organization of the triathlon.de CUP at which we have to make various cost-related decisions.
At the same time, we have of course tried to find an alternative date for 2020. Please be patient for the next two weeks. We will of course keep you up to date when there is any news.
