With the Forerunner 745, Garmin is adding a new triathlon watch to the Forerunner series. The Forerunner 745 is the successor to the 735XT model and comes with many new features. The watch can now even determine the optimal regeneration time using the stress level and the training intensity, which is determined by the optical heart rate monitor. The display measures 1.2 inches, has a resolution of 240 x 240 pixels and comes in the colors black, white, magma red and pastel green.
With pre-installed multisport apps, it accompanies you in all your sports. Direct information on the training and performance status on the watch helps you to assess your performance and thanks to workout recommendations you can plan your training even more specifically. The Forerunner 745 measures your heart rate 24/7 directly on your wrist - even during your training sessions in the water. Garmin Music gives you even more motivation during your workout. Smart functions, such as Garmin Pay and Smart Notifications, also complement your everyday training.
