12x50m: 1/3/5/7/9/11 technique exercise, 2/4/6/8/10/12 Kr legs
100m easy
6x50m Kr GA2 (advanced: with paddles), dismount on 60s
3x100m medley/crawl (25m medley Tempo Del/Rü/Br + 75m Kr GA1)
300m Kr arms GA1 (with pullbuoy/pullkick)
Beginners: swim out
Advanced: Repeat series 6x50 / 3x100 / 1x300
Swim out 100-200m
2,000 - 3,000m
